Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel or modify your reservation, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee.

Group Bookings: For parties of 6 or more, please contact us directly. A deposit may be required for large group reservations.

3. All-You-Can-Eat Buffet Terms

Dining Time Limit: Standard dining sessions are limited to 2 hours during peak times. This ensures all guests have the opportunity to enjoy their dining experience.

Food Waste Policy: We encourage our guests to take only what they can eat. Excessive food waste may incur additional charges. We are committed to reducing food waste and protecting our environment.

Pricing: Prices vary based on dining time (lunch/dinner) and day of the week. Weekend and holiday pricing may apply. Children's pricing is available for guests under 12 years old.

4. Payment Terms

We accept major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Cash payments are also accepted. All prices include VAT where applicable. Service charges may be added for groups of 6 or more.

5. Code of Conduct

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who behaves inappropriately or disrupts other guests' dining experience. Please treat our staff and fellow diners with respect.

6. Allergies and Dietary Requirements

While we take precautions, our kitchen handles various allergens. Please inform our staff of any allergies or dietary requirements before ordering. We cannot guarantee completely allergen-free dishes due to the nature of our buffet service.

7. Children

Children are welcome at Pan Asian Plaza. Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult at all times. High chairs are available upon request.

8. Lost Property
